Jana has taught visual arts to elementary age children for twenty years. While spending most of the last ten years teaching in a classical Christian school environment, it was her experience just after college in low income schools and Haiti that gave her the desire to teach art in marginalized communities. When she’s not serving with For the Nations, Jana enjoys gardening, reading, watching British mysteries, and spending time with her family.
