Adam has lived in and around Garland his entire life. He married his church youth group sweetheart, Amy, in 2010, and they welcomed their daughters Emma Grace in 2012 and Nora Hope in 2014. Adam is a graduate of the University of North Texas (go Mean Green!) and Dallas Theological Seminary. He has served in a variety of ministry roles for nearly two decades, from worship leading to young adult discipleship, as well as nonprofit work within our unhoused and under-resourced communities. In addition to his work with For the Nations, Adam is the lead pastor of The Neighborhood Church in Garland. Adam is passionate about storytelling, spiritual formation, and cultivating spaces of belonging for our neighbors. Adam loves playing music, cheering for the Dallas Mavericks, and playing games at his dining room table until it’s way too late at night.
