Emily was born in Florida and raised in Dallas, TX from the age of 7. She attended Trinity Christian Academy in Addison, TX and received her bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 2018. Emily worked in corporate America at a software company following college, but heard about For the Nations through a friend. God opened the door for Emily to serve at For the Nations co-op school for refugees as a first grade teacher in 2021. She is thrilled to continue to help shape the hearts and minds of children through education, and participate in what God is doing among the nations in Dallas. Emily is married to Chase Chandler who is an Aggie and a civil engineer in Dallas. When not teaching, she enjoys baking sourdough bread, biking around White Rock Lake, and spending time with her husband and their wheaten terrier.
