Mystique grew up with five siblings in a small country town in Michigan. She desired to be in cross-cultural ministry in middle school and continued that path by going to Moody Bible Institute in Chicago where she received her Human Services and Pre-Counseling degree. During her adult years she served in Ukraine with orphans and taught English, and little did she know this was a part of how she would end up serving refugee families. Mystique loves studying the Bible and the biblical languages, so she applied to go to Dallas Theological Seminary. She received her Master of Theology degree in May 2026. She has been serving with her church at For the Nations Refugee Outreach for a couple years, and she is so excited to take the next step of serving refugee families in Dallas full time!
